Monday 10/27 ... Pre Open, Looking OK, just OK

It should be fairly hard for us not to open on a slightly positive note following friday's ridiculousness. 15 minutes before the official open still, the first few trades that have come in are indicating an 8 tick improvement on the open. Friday 10/24 ... Just Keeping You Informed...

Our 5.5 mbs has ticked dow a few ticks since last post. We are currently at 99-16, 27 ticks down since close and 14 ticks down from going out levels.
It appears we have found a trading range between 99-16 and 99-24, if we drop further we will get a post up. Read More Now

Friday 10/24 ... New Lows

The 5.5 mbs have just ticked to new lows of 99-12 which is just a little lower from when rate sheets came out, but this does put lenders in a position to consider a reprice for the worse.

Thursday 10/23 ... Jobless Claims in

Jobless claims just released, claims at 478,000 slightly higher then estimates of 465,000. The continuing claims remains at a 5 year high. No reaction to mbs as of yet.
Currently our 5.5 mbs is down 2 ticks since official close and is currently at 100-13. A floor of support is right beneath at 100-11.
